Once we have received the project plans, we provide a high-level, as accurate as possible, cost estimate for the project. It's non-binding and there to ensure you are well-informed before we proceed and begin the consultations.
Once you've agreed with the proposed initial outline cost, then it’s time for a one-to-one consultation, where we dive deeper into your desired features, your vision of the finished project, and realistic time frames. Once we've further explored the project requirements, we can share details on expected timelines, costs, the project team, as well as contracts.
When the consultation process is concluded, we will provide a final quotation. We commit to giving you the most accurate figures we can for your required work. We will also provide a detailed proposed project plan containing the project details, which will guide the project and be signed along with the contract.
