The Old Dairy is an O’Keeffe owned property, a short walk away from West Bridgford town centre, and was originally the home of O’Keeffe Building Services as our original offices.
We renovated and created 3 luxury townhouses in phase 1 as rental units. Each unit is a two-bedroom, with an open-plan kitchen.
With the success of phase 1, for phase 2 we created another 3 luxury townhouses, of which two are 2-bedroom, and one is a 1-bedroom, all with open plan kitchens and to a very high spec.
All 6 are still within our property portfolio and all have very happy tenants living at the properties.
